1.本學程為清華大學跨院招生班組，全英語授課，本國生與外籍生兼收，並將聘請英國利物浦大學及印度IIT馬德拉斯分校師資開課。入學時應就支援師資選擇指導教授，並以指導教授所屬之學院為該生學籍。

  This is a cross-field program (faculty and other information can be found in our website), and all classes are offered in English. We accept both native and foreign candidates. Professors from University of Liverpool and Indian Institute of Technology at Madras are invited to offer lectures for the program. The applicant will be in the same department as advising professor chose.

2.本學程畢業由清華大學授予學生指導教授所屬之學院博士學位。

  The diploma will be given as the same college as advising professor chose.
